Top 5 Questions

Q : What kind of service does Environment Leads.com provide?

Environment Leads provides the online Business-to-Government services. Using the web technology, Environment Leads provides members with contracting information from the U.S. and Canadian government agencies. Furthermore, members receive contracting information either by Environment Leads's daily e-mail report or by accessing its website.

Q : What is the main benefit of using Environment Leads?

There are two main services Environment Leads provides; contract opportunities and e-mail reports of bid leads. First, contract opportunities contain bid notices, RFQ, RFP, and bidding opportunities from federal, state, and local government agencies from the U.S. and Canada. You can receive personalized bid notification emails or search them instantly on our website. Furthermore, getting email notification of new bid opportunities that best match your product or service will save you a lot of time. This means that you don't have to waste your time looking for bid opportunities anymore. With Environment Leads, you will receive plenty of bids at your desktop everyday. Besides, with extra time available, you will be able to better prepare for bidding. Now, invest your time in selling and not searching! This will bring you more contracts won, in other words, more businesses and more profits.

Q : What agencies does Environment Leads cover? What are the sources of Environment Leads?

Environment Leads covers all federal government agencies. This means we have contracting information from NASA, Department of Energy, Department of Defense, and many more. As for state and local government agencies, Environment Leads covers more than 50,000 government agencies which make Environment Leads one of the largest B2G contracting information sources on the web. But, since there are so many local agencies that issue contracting information, it is possible that Environment Leads does not provide the information from the agency you are dealing with. In that case, please write to our customer support team. Environment Leads will add the source to its database and will provide the information through its email alert service and web service.

Q : What kind of filtering options does Environment Leads have? Will I only receive the information that matches my products or services?

The people at Environment Leads understand that members prefer to receive one right piece of information than to receive a lot of information that is irrelevant to their business. That is why Environment Leads offers several filtering options that help members to receive only relevant contracting information. Members can set up keywords and target business areas.

Q : I received the email, but the email was all broken and unreadable. What should I do?

The reason for broken email is because your email account does not support HTML email. First, you should check you current email account to see if it supports HTML email. If it does, please make sure that your email account is set up correctly to receive HTML emails. If your email account does not support HTML, you can receive Environment Leads's daily E-Mail Report in text format. To change the email format, please visit "My Environment Leads" to change the email type from HTML to TEXT (If you are not logged in to Environment Leads at this time, you will be asked to log in first). Another solution would be to get an email account that supports HTML. Most major web-based email services support HTML. For example, both Yahoo! Mail(mail.yahoo.com) and Hotmail(www.hotmail.com) support HTML. They are free and easy to use, so we recommend you open an email account with either one of them. * For AOL users, if you are using AOL version 6.0 or higher, you should have no problem receiving Environment Leads's daily email. But if your AOL version is lower than 6.0, please update your AOL to the latest version. Also, please make sure that you have turned on the option to receive HTML email.
